According to Bitget's status page, as of 14:16hrs UTC on October 23rd, their system is temporarily not supporting assets (0 assets). This may affect trading and balance operations.
Important: Bitget has not officially announced this as an incident — it may be maintenance or an update. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
Please be aware that Kraken have scheduled extended maintenance as they upgrade the system (particularly, Spot exchange website and API connection) to begin on 01st November between 15:00hrs to 23:00hrs UTC.
For approximately 8 hours, clients will not be able to: • Access their Kraken account, including Futures accounts via SSO • Receive client support (see information on available service below) • Access funding (deposits, withdrawals, instant buys, funding futures account) • Trade on any Kraken platform, including all web and mobile applications.
Kraken advises to make any necessary account adjustments prior to the start of maintenance.

Our support provider, Intercom, recently reported a major outage on October 20th at 07:00 UTC. All Intercom tools can be unavailable to the users, affecting the processing of emails, messages, notifications and Help Center.
It has been identified that the cloud provider delivering services to the intermediary is experiencing significant disruptions that are impacting their performance as well as much of the internet in their region (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status). Intercom is in contact with the provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We were made aware that Gate exchange have announced scheduled maintenance to upgrade and optimize the spot trading engine at 16:00 – 16:30hrs UTC on 20th October, 2025. Some users may have experienced interruptions in trading and inquiries (less than 1 second) during that time.
